Two members of the Cold Water Creek CSA program are hosting a social event this Friday night, April 3rd 2009. The party is in support of a group of local citizens petitioning the City of Concord. The group hopes to persuade city officials to allow a small number of hens to be kept properly confined in backyards within the city limits. This would require a change be made to the law that currently makes this practice illegal.
Come and learn more about keeping city chickens and help support this effort. Meet Aaron, Eric and Brad and other Cold Water Creek CSA members.
Oh and free beer too. ;-) Please let us know if you're coming. We don't want to run out of beer.
